Webber serves alongside Moxie within the Alpha Hunter task force as a loyal and battle-tested soldier of the United States military. Armed with advanced weaponry and unwavering resolve, he confronts Alpha threats head-on in defense of humanity. Following the events of The Awakening, Webber rises to lead the Alpha Hunter division under the command of Colonel Edwards.

In the TCG, Webber relies on grenades, firearms, and modern military equipment to control the battlefield, applying steady pressure while fighting to maintain peace and justice.
