HOW TO PLAY ALPHA CLASH
OBJECTIVE
Defeat your opponent by reducing their Contender's health to zero. Build a deck, command powerful Clash cards, and outwit your rivals in strategic clashes.
YOUR DECK
1 Contender – Your hero and your health bar.
50-card Main Deck – Includes Clash, Action, and Accessory cards.
Optional: 10-card Sideboard – Used in competitive formats.
Turn Structure
Start of Turn Phase – Resolve any beginning-of-turn effects.
Expansion Phase
Ready Step – Ready all engaged cards.
Draw Step – Draw 1 card (skip this on your first turn).
Resource Step – You may set 1 card from your hand face-up and inverted into your Resource Zone.
Primary Phase
Play Clash cards, Accessories, or Clashgrounds.
Set Traps or Ambush cards.
Attach Weapons.
Play Basic Action cards.
Initiate a Clash or end your turn.
Clash Phase (Optional) – Declare Attack, Respond, Obstruct, Buff, Assign Damage.
End of Turn Phase – Resolve end-of-turn effects.
Card Types
Contender – Your hero. If their health hits 0, you lose.
Clash Cards – Fighters in the Clash Zone.
Accessories – Weapons, Traps, and Relics.
Actions – Tactics: Basic, Quick, and Buffs.
Clashgrounds – Ongoing global effects.
How to Win
Reduce your opponent’s Contender to 0 health.
Force them to draw from an empty deck.
Use an alternate win condition (card-based).
