Awards Stand
Our Awards Stand is a fun way to track and honor our players and their efforts at Major events (Tier 2 to Tier 4 Organized Play). Our Champions earning Gold Medals, Top-8 finishers earning Silver Medals, and Participants earning Bronze Medals.
This recognition isn’t just about bragging rights and reverence, these standings could be used for end-of-year awards and fun extras over time. Our Gold, Silver, and Bronze Medals have migrated to XPNetwork as Achievements.
Players will earn one medal at each Major event, correlating with their final placement in the field.
Organized Play is an integral part of who we are as a company and a game.
Our Organized Play promises an unparalleled experience, with four thrilling tiers of events designed to cater to players of all skill levels and preferences. We’ve teamed up with Realm Games to bring you thrilling events like: Awakenings, Clashgrounds, ProTour, Progenitor’s Gambit and Harbinger’s Ascension. From entry-level to professional, there are events for players of all skill levels to compete.
Alpha Clash TCG Organized Play happens in Seasons, with players earning invitations to higher tier events at lower tier events. Official Organized Play tournaments will use our OP website to host events.
TIER 1:
Awakening
Our ‘Awakening’ tournaments are Tier 1 events, open to anyone, and held largely at Local Game Stores around the world. It’s not just a competition; it’s a chance to elevate your gameplay and secure your spot in the upper echelons of Alpha Clash. Players will find a competitive environment, with Finalist playmats and invites to future Tier 3 events are on the line
Rivalry Pursuit
Our ‘Rivalry Pursuit’ events are Tier 1 events, open to anyone. These are Organized Play events held by local game stores. Each quarter, stores may request to receive a Rivalry Kit from their distributor.
Within each Rivalry Kit there will be a list of Quests for players to accomplish, earning limited edition alt-art or alt-treatment Promo cards that can only be found within these kits.
These gatherings are not just tournaments; they’re community-building celebrations focused on fostering camaraderie, casual gameplay, and providing an educational entry point into organized play. These events are for the joy of gaming, to forge new friendships, and introduce yourself to the exciting universe of Alpha Clash!
Tier 2:
This is where players take their skills to the next level with a ‘Clashground’. While open to all, these tournaments offer a more competitive atmosphere, emphasizing technically accurate gameplay without sacrificing the fun factor. Secure your place among the elite by earning bigger prizes and invites for the higher-stakes Tier 3 & 4 tournaments in the Alpha Clash universe. Generous cash and product prize pools await top players, including Champion and Top 8 Promos, as well as Top 8 Playmats, Participant Promos, and more.
Tier 3:
ProTour
ProTour is an invite-only competition for high-level players who have successfully placed at lower tiered events. These tournaments gather the best players from across the world with the lure of large prizes, unique promos, and invites to future Tier 4 events. Players can compete against the finest competitors and earn their place among the Alpha Clash elite.
Progenitor’s Gambit
The Progenitor’s Gambit is a National/Continental Championship level competition. This invite-only tournament offers the opportunity to step into the realm of highly competitive play. Progenitor’s Gambit promises an unforgettable experience for seasoned competitors by offering epic rewards of cash, promos, and Tier 4 invites.
Tier 4:
Harbinger’s Ascension
Harbinger’s Ascension, the crown jewel of Alpha Clash, unfolds once every other year. This global spectacle is a celebration of skill, fun, and intense competition. Reserved for the most elite players who have earned invites, Harbinger’s Ascension is your chance to etch your name into Alpha Clash history.
Tier 3 & Tier 4 Invitations:
Players may earn and hold up to three of each invites each season. Tier 3 invites earned by players will expire at the end of each competitive season (after Progenitor’s Gambit events), while the Tier 4 invites will expire after each Harbinger’s Ascension.
These coveted invitations may be transferred from one player to another, allowing the community to support and recognize excellence. Players may use their invitation to a corresponding level event in any location.
In an instance where a player would earn a 4th (or more) invite in a season, that player may transfer their invitation to another player at their discretion.
A Tier 3 or Tier 4 invite is not automatically passed down to the next highest placing competitor at a Tier 1 or Tier 2 competition who does not already have a maximum amount, unless a tournament specifies this in advance.
