2024: A Year in Review
As we close out 2024 we reflect on the past year for Rising Empire Studios, and look ahead at what’s to come in 2025.
It’s hard to believe it has been just over TWO years since Alpha Clash’s first set, the Awakening, debuted in 2022. We’ve released more than 20 core products now between the trading card game and story. Our favorite part is…the best is yet to come!
Releases
We’ve been very busy creating the best possible items we can for our Clashers. Our goal continues to be to push the envelope and get better and better with everything we produce!
2024 Releases: Unrivaled (Set 3), Genesis Returns (Set 4), Year of the Dragon (Draft Box 01), Torque Therapy (Comic), The Awakening (Novel).
2025 Releases: The Awakening (Audio Book), Gambit (Multiplayer Format), Cosmic Conquest (Board Game), Equilibrium (Set 5), Nexus of Power (Draft Box 02), Siege of the Forgotten (PvE), Set 6, Set 7, Novel 2, and Comic Books.
Organized Play
There were dozens of official Organized Play events all around the world this year, with many, many more local events happening beyond those.

We have recently announced the first set of 2025 OP events with Clashground: Pasig (PH) and Clashground: Las Vegas II (NV) in March. Many more announcements for Tier 1 to Tier 4 events to come soon, including exciting locations and new and improved prize support.
Rivalry Kits for the LGS are also getting a glow up in 2025; being packed full of alternate art and desirable promo cards. Make sure your LGS is requesting these FREE kits for you and others to enjoy!
Conventions
The convention scene continues to be a staple in the growth of the Alpha Clash universe. We will continue to expand our footprint into the right conventions, large or small, to show off the world you love so much, and find new Clashers yet undiscovered.
2024 Conventions: ClashCon, GAMA, Fan Fusion, Origins, Gen Con, Miami TCG Con, LVL Up, Nova Open.
2025 Conventions: ClashCon, GAMA, Fan Fusion, LVL Up, Playthrough, Des Moines Con, Midwest Gaming Classic, and others to be announced.
Highlighting the 2024 Convention schedule was ClashCon, the first RES Convention, held in Charlotte earlier this month. More than 100 Clashers came to enjoy a weekend-long celebration of all things Alpha Clash.
We hope everyone had a merry Christmas and has a happy New Year. We can’t wait to see so many of you soon. While our eyes are briefly on the rearview mirror, our foot is fully on the gas pedal in 2025!
